Mr. Abdullah bin Muammar
Abdullah Mohammed bin Muammar is the founder and Chairman of Emaar Executive Company (EEC).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rice University in the United States of America.
Abdullah began his professional journey at the Saudi American Bank (2002–2007), where he held several roles across various departments. He later joined Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS), serving as Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2016.
With over 20 years of experience in information technology and executive management, Abdullah has built a solid track record in leading and investing in the tech sector.
In addition to his role at Emaar Executive, he is a partner in Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS), as well as in several other companies including Edarat Group, eMaps, SIGAS, and ESRI Saudi Arabia.
